hello@walkedapp.com — one person reads it, and you'll get a real reply rather than a ticket number.
There's no login to lose and no account to recover, so most problems come down to a file or a number. Both of those below.
That's deliberate. Walked won't average fewer than three shifts — it prints — instead. Log a couple more nights of that kind and the number appears. Totals are different: those are exact at any number of shifts and always show.
Check the preview it showed before you confirmed — it lists how many rows were new versus already on the phone. Rows without a usable date are skipped, since a shift with no date can't be placed anywhere. See the import guide, or send us the file's header row.
Open the import screen again — there's an undo for the last import that stays available until you run another one.
Settings → Export & backup. CSV or JSON, free, always, no paid tier in front of it. It's your history, and Plus never sits in front of it — the paid tier is forecasts and deeper stats, never your own record.
Export a JSON backup from the old one, import it on the new one. Because nothing lives on our servers, that file is the only copy — make it before you wipe the old phone.
Tell us, and include the shift it came from — Walked shows the date behind its figures specifically so a number can be checked. A wrong number in this app is a serious bug, not a rounding opinion, and it gets treated that way.
Data loss, a wrong figure, or anything security-related: hello@walkedapp.com with SERIOUS in the subject. Those go to the front of the queue.
